Here is the link to all of the Ollivetts I have and all thier kith and kin. The ones maked with a + sign are known blood relatives of mine. the * means they are immediate family, ggggggradparents through great great grand kids. I use the Family search program that Family Search.org used to have for dowl load for most everything it I suggest you open the ged with that because it is just easier to track back and forth and keep track of multiple wives etc. I have included a link so you can download and install it. The programis a bit problematic with Windows 7, can not edit marriages or see the sources and notes, so I have to run it on a computer using XP for full function - @!#^%*&& and a few more swear words expresses my mood when I have to go into the freezing family room to update and edit marriages, but that is life.

George Washington Ollivett 1833-1891 married to Mary Ann Jordan had a daughter Mary E who married Arthur Pendergast who was sentenced to life imprisionment for murdering her father, still have not been able find out the names of thier 2 kids. Of course he was the father of Sarah Ann who married William Nelson Dakin, Walter Britton and Isaac Morrey. Ok, the link to the ged and it is a big one,Ollivett

I am sure there are duplicates in the ged, people do tend to play fast and loose with ages for the census takers or the family member answering the questions guess a lot. The spelling is also very incosistant.

To read most of the newspaper articles at oldfultonhistory.com I did a bloean search for Olivett here is a lik for phots and articles I have worked on. When I am done with them, I will do new slide shows and start putting the genealogy on the slides and reattaching them to the files in Family Search. It will take less time to do them both at once and time is not my firend anymore.
